Koa pours a tiny cup of warm tea and gently offers it to the turtle. The turtle nibbles a leaf and smiles, and the pelican lands nearby to listen. They share tea and funny stories about the sea — the turtle tells of hidden tide pools and the pelican talks about the bright fish he’s seen.

As the sun begins to set, Koa invites his new friends to visit his cozy houseboat anytime. They promise to come back for more tea and songs. Koa tucks his potted gum tree in for the night and hums a soft tune, happy to have found friends in the cove.
