The Peculiar Frog
In a quiet, moonlit pond lived a little frog named Fiddle. Fiddle was not like the other frogs—he had arms where his legs should be, and strong, springy legs where his arms should be. At first, the other creatures stared and whispered, but Fiddle only smiled and looked at the shimmering water.
That evening, as the stars blinked awake, Fiddle hopped (in his special way) to a smooth lily pad and felt the gentle breeze. He liked to hum as the frogs croaked below, and the soft sounds made the pond feel warm and safe. Tonight felt especially calm—perfect for a bedtime story.
